1. The amount indicated above will be debited from my account between the 8th and 11th of each month, except for the first debit which will be made within 8 days.
2. I authorize my bank to debit my account indicated above, by direct debit system (SDD), at the request of JRS-Portugal, the amount indicated.
3. I am informed that debits may be made on different dates.
4. JRS - Portugal may only change the amounts and data contained in this form, after prior information.
5. I will inform my bank and JRS - Portugal, in writing, 10 days in advance of the agreed debit date, if I wish to cancel the instructions indicated here.
6. I am aware that, if any debit (SDD) does not comply with the instructions indicated here, I will have 30 working days to complain to my bank, which will refund the amounts in question.
7. This payment method will not incur any type of charge for the new supporter/member.
8. I became aware that JRS - Portugal may request my registration form to be signed.
9. I expressly authorize JRS - Portugal, directly or indirectly, to carry out the computer processing of the data provided and its use within the scope of its activity, as well as its cross-referencing for statistical purposes.
10. I am aware of my right to access my data contained in the database and to demand its updating or rectification.
